CAP Stress is fitness training by:

Activation of Controlled, Acute, Positive stress – Sympathetic Nervous System (SNS) aka stress system “fight or flight”. Active Exercises of mixed intensity: low, medium and high. Examples: Resistance Training, Running, Jumping, Dancing, Swimming, Cycling, Walking, Sport Games, Dynamic Stretching, Martial Arts, WallBeatATOM (Active Traction On Muscles), HIT – High Impact Training, G – gravity, 4G-force, Multi Gravity, etc.

0 Stress (zero stress) is relaxation training by:

Activation of the Para-sympathetic Nervous System (PNS) aka rest – digest and regeneration system. Passive Exercises of near zero intensity. Examples: Progressive Relaxation, Meditation, Visualization,  Daydream, Massage and Auto-massage, Easy Yoga, GG Yoga (Ground Gravity), MG Yoga (Micro-Gravity), BG Yoga (Balance Gravity), EPITOM (Exercise Passive Immersion Traction On Muscles), Inverted Bed, NASA Like Bed – NLB0 G-force (zero-g),  Nano Gravity, etc.

1. CAP stress – fitness training:

Triple Balance Resistance (TBR) balances:

  • Mix of full body – split body training
  • Mix of compound and isolation exercises
  • Mix of TBR program + Cardio + Yoga sessions

Main principles of TBR – Triple Balance Resistance (Old and new):

  • TCT (Traction Control Training) Controlled Time Under Tension reps in sets

  • HM (Hormone Modeling) training that models optimally your own hormones
